About Me

Dr. Lolita R. Gilmore-Randall is a highly decorated 21-year Army combat veteran with extensive experience in aviation command support and airfield operations, including two tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom. She holds degrees from Touro International University, Grand Canyon University, Edinboro University, George Fox University, Portland Seminary, and Jakes Divinity School, reflecting her commitment to lifelong learning. As a licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years of therapeutic and Urban Community experience, Dr. Gilmore-Randall is passionate about supporting underserved populations impacted by domestic violence, child abuse, sex trafficking, and substance abuse. She specializes in trauma, depression, anxiety, and mentoring individuals in the child welfare system. She also contributes to education as a service specialist, adjunct professor, and board member. Dr. Gilmore-Randall continues to serve her community through her nonprofit, Teach Them To Love Outreach, combining her expertise in military service and social work to make a meaningful impact.
